Rental Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $180 is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total rental fee. Your event date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. Refunds will be granted at the discretion of Studio 27 Events.

2. Cancellation Clause

All cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

  • If cancellation occurs 14 days or more before the event date, the client will not owe the remaining balance, and the deposit will be refunded. 

  • If cancellation occurs less than 14 prior to the event, the client is responsible for 50% of the total rental fee.

 
3. Damage Clause

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the space, property, or equipment during their rental period. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the event, pending a satisfactory inspection. Repair or replacement costs for any damage will be deducted from the deposit or billed directly to the client.

4. Noise Clause

All events must adhere to local noise ordinances and regulations. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in the event being shut down early without a refund. Clients are expected to manage noise levels appropriately whenever on-site.

5. No-Show Clause

If the client does not arrive within 1 hour(s) of the scheduled start time and has not provided prior notice, the event will be considered a no-show. All payments made, including the deposit, will be forfeited, and the space will be released.

6. Right to Terminate Contract

Studio 27 Events reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if the client or any involved party fails to meet their obligations as outlined in this policy or the rental agreement. In such cases, all payments made may be forfeited, and the event may be canceled without liability to Studio 27 Events.
